Westfield North Lakes unveiled two new precincts, The Marketplace Fresh Food and The Laneway Al Fresco Dining, as part of an $80 million redevelopment. This project introduced 17 new specialty retailers and a state-of-the-art children’s playground, catering to the local family-based community. The Laneway dining precinct offers a casual daytime atmosphere, transforming by night into a vibrant area with live entertainment.
